These paintings for me are a door way to the spiritual world. A place I cannot rationally define yet it not so unlike ours. They are filled with lost, found, brothers, sisters, husbands, wives and children. I admire William Blake, a spiritual artist from the last century. He was asked why he painted angels the way he did. He replied, " Because that is the way I see them". This is the way I see the angels.
